What if it doesn’t look like them?

You see the 3D proof within 24 hours and can ask for changes before you approve it — nothing is printed until you say yes. If the finished piece doesn't match the proof you approved, we reprint it free.

What photo works best?

One clear, well-lit, front-facing photo. Higher resolution helps our artists capture more detail.

How long does delivery take?

You get a 3D proof within 24 hours of receiving your photo. Estimated delivery 18–21 days after you approve your 3D proof, free across the US with tracking.

Will there be customs or import fees?

Ships from Europe. US import duties or fees, if any, are charged by the carrier on delivery and aren't included in our price. Questions before ordering? Email hello@getsculpture.com.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Yes — any time before you approve your 3D proof, for a full refund. After you approve it, production starts and custom pieces can't be refunded or exchanged. If it arrives damaged or doesn't match the approved proof, we reprint it free.

How big are the sculptures?

Sizes range from 8" / 20 cm (Mini) to 14" / 35 cm (Heirloom). Signature (12" / 30 cm) is our most chosen.

Do you ship outside the US?

Checkout ships to US addresses only, free with tracking. Outside the US? Email hello@getsculpture.com before ordering and we’ll confirm the price, shipping, import duties and delivery time in writing.

Is it really hand-painted?

Yes. Each sculpture is 3D-printed from the model you approved, then hand-finished and painted by our artists in Europe. No two are identical.

Will it arrive by Christmas?

Order by November 30 and approve your 3D proof within a day, and your sculpture is estimated to arrive before Christmas. Change requests can move the date. Ordering later? Every order includes a printable gift certificate to give on Christmas morning. The sculpture follows.
